The data controller for information processed through asgardlabs.ai and asgard.world (the “Site”) is Asgard World Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. If you have questions about how your data is handled, contact us at legal@asgard.world.
2. Information we collect
Enquiry information: when you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and any details you choose to include in your message. The form is provided by Zoho and submissions are delivered into our Zoho instance.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps, collected by our hosting infrastructure for security and reliability.
We do not operate user accounts on this Site and do not collect payment data here.
3. How we use your data
We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries, to operate and secure the Site, to understand aggregate usage, and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, securing the Site), your consent where given, and to meet a legal obligation where applicable.
5. Third-party services
We use the following processors, each governed by their own privacy terms and our data processing agreements: Zoho (contact forms and CRM, EU data centre), Vercel (hosting and content delivery), and Sentry (error monitoring, where enabled). We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.
6. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and for our legitimate business records, and is deleted when no longer needed. Aggregated, anonymised data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact legal@asgard.world. We will respond within one month. If you are dissatisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or transfers to adequate jurisdictions.
