jobs.asgard.world is an AI-powered job discovery and freelance platform. These Community Standards apply to all users—job seekers, freelancers, recruiters, and employers. We aim to create a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment.
2. Core Values
- Integrity: Post accurate job listings, resumes, profiles, and reviews.
- Safety: Avoid harassment, manipulation, violence, or exploitation of any user.
- Privacy: Do not share another user's information without explicit consent.
- Equality: Treat all users with fairness regardless of background or status.
- Authenticity: Represent yourself truthfully. Impersonation or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
- Dignity: Respect others; harassment, bullying, and abusive behavior are not tolerated.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
- Violence and Incitement: Threats, glorification of violence, or instructions for violent acts.
- Hate Speech: Attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
- Harassment and Bullying: Repeated unwanted contact, derogatory comments, personal attacks.
- Nudity and Sexual Content: Sexually explicit content or nudity is prohibited.
- Misinformation: False information related to health, safety, elections, or that may cause panic or harm.
- Sharing personal or financial information of others without consent.
- Impersonation or Misrepresentation: Fake profiles, fake credentials, or false representations.
4. Employer, Recruiter, and Job Poster Responsibilities
- All employers, recruiters, or users posting jobs must ensure that all job postings are truthful, accurate, and comply with applicable labor, employment, non-discrimination, and privacy laws.
- You may not post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent job opportunities.
- You may not post unpaid internships, gigs, or positions unless clearly disclosed and permitted under applicable laws.
- You are responsible for all communications, offers, employment terms, and contracts you make with job seekers.
- jobs.asgard.world does not guarantee the legitimacy, terms, or outcome of any job posting, offer, or employment relationship.
- jobs.asgard.world reserves the right to remove any job posting or suspend any employer account that violates these responsibilities.
5. Freelance and Gig Etiquette
Freelancers must:
- Represent skills and availability truthfully.
- Act professionally and communicate respectfully.
Clients must:
- Post genuine freelance tasks and maintain fair expectations.
- Communicate clearly and honor agreed-upon terms.

jobs.asgard.world is not a party to freelance agreements and does not guarantee the performance, payment, or outcome of any engagement.
6. Job Seeker and Employer Conduct
- Employers must comply with fair hiring practices and non-discrimination.
- Job seekers must not impersonate others or misrepresent their qualifications.
- Fake job postings or fake applications are prohibited.
7. AI Tools and User Responsibility
- AI-generated resumes, coaching materials, or advice must be verified by the user.
- Users are responsible for validating all AI outputs before use.
- AI tools are experimental and offered 'as-is'; jobs.asgard.world disclaims liability for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations.
8. Reviews and Ratings
- Reviews must be honest, constructive, and respectful.
- Fake reviews or rating manipulation are prohibited.
- Abuse of the review system may result in account penalties.
9. International and Remote Conduct
- Comply with local labor, tax, and employment laws where applicable.
- Fraudulent use of identity or location is prohibited and will result in enforcement actions.
10. Token Placements (Virtual Platform Context)
- Tokens exist only within the virtual Asgard.world ecosystem.
- Token placement does not imply endorsement or affiliation with real-world businesses.
- Businesses may request review of token placements near real locations via the contact form.
- Users are responsible for ensuring tokens do not defame, mislead, or harm others.
- Asgard.World assumes no liability for token-related disputes.
11. Enforcement and Reporting
Violations may result in:
- Warnings
- Temporary suspensions
- Permanent bans
- Reporting to relevant authorities
We provide transparency around enforcement and offer an appeals process. Users can report violations using the in-app feature or at https://jobs.asgard.world/contact.
12. Content Removal Rights
jobs.asgard.world reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict access to any user-generated content at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it is deemed to violate these standards or applicable laws.
13. Platform Fees and Refunds
Payments for platform services, upgrades, or subscriptions are nonrefundable, even in the event of account suspension or termination due to Community Standards violations.
14. Third-Party Services
jobs.asgard.world may use third-party services, including AI tools, to enhance the user experience. We disclaim responsibility for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from such services, and users accept the risk associated with their use.
15. Disclaimer of Transactions
jobs.asgard.world acts as a neutral platform and is not a party to any contracts, transactions, or freelance engagements between users. Users are solely responsible for their own interactions and agreements.
16. Intellectual Property Respect
Users must only upload content they own or have permission to use. jobs.asgard.world respects intellectual property rights and will promptly respond to valid infringement claims.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jobs.asgard.world, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your content, your conduct, or your violation of third-party rights.
